EVERUN is engaged in a continuous program of R&D and designed a brand new series of oil free screw airends taking care of all the different manufacturing phases. The airends and their performances are certificated: in addition, they are TUV class "O' IS0 8573-1 certified, attesting the quality, of their compressed air.

PRODUCTION AIR-ENDS:

 

STEP1

Our design department took care of the creation of the entire range of the air-ends. We can manufacture from the stage O to the stage 6-with power going from 55 to 900 kw

 

 

STEP 2

Our modellers have built all the equipment to produce the cast iron products

 

 

STEP 2BIS

The models are made using the most recent technologies and materials

 

 

STEP 3

We employ Italian foundries that are able to certify the jets and can release a certification about the chemical composition of the cast iron.

 

 

STEP 4

The moulds undergo inspections and hydraulic tests before being processed

 

 

STEP 5

Our own machine tool department takes care of the production and the related check-up and tests.

 

 

STEP6

Our mass production allows us to be competitive with regards to prices and lead times

 

 

STEP 7

The air-ends are assembled using spare parts of our construction or coming from leading European brands

 

 

STEP 8

After the test, the air-end is painted and put into a box, ready to be shipped
